Stephen was born in Abilene, Texas. He had an older sister and an older brother, Cole. As a young kid, Stephen had always loved music, he would sometimes pretend he was in a band and sing, even if it was way off key. As he got older though, Stephen started getting singing lessons, soon after, guitar.
