Stephen is a bit shy, he keeps to himself for the most part. He has anxiety and dyslexia, some of this being the reason he's more closed off. Stephen does have a small sense of humor, but most of the time is quiet around people he doesn't know. He's not really one for parties and enjoys spending his time writing song lyrics and practicing guitar.

Stephen was born in Abilene, Texas. He had an older sister and an older brother, Cole. As a young kid, Stephen had always loved music, he would sometimes pretend he was in a band and sing, even if it was way off key. As he got older though, Stephen started getting singing lessons, soon after, guitar. School was always pretty hard for him, because his family was very wealthy, his family had hired multiple tutors for him. It just never worked. Stephen would often get mad at himself for not 'living up to the standards' and would often put his anger out into his songs. For his 12th birthday he received a small black notebook, Stephen used this daily to write songs and poems. It wasn't until he turned 13 that he found out he had dyslexia. It was around this time that he was told they'd be moving to Lakewood.
