Backstory
Carl was born July 14th 2000. His parents divorced before he was born but little did they know his mother was pregnant when she moved away. His mother had moved to Portland Oregon where he spent the majority of his life. They were always moving and his mother would pick up multiple jobs to make sure she could support CJ. They didn't have much money to go on vacations and do fun things but they would go for long rides in the car. CJ loved it, just going speeding down the roads was one of the most entertaining things for him. But soon Carl realized his mom was getting sick. He started drag racing to earn money to pay for his mom's medical bills. But soon his mom passed away. He was sent to live with his father in Lakewood and there he will be for who knows how long.
